About Me
I am an experienced birth and postpartum doula who full time travels around the country with my family. I am based out of Arizona, but can attend births anywhere in the lower 48! As a doula, I can provide your family with support physically, spiritually, and emotionally as you prepare to welcome and adjust to having a new baby. As part of my services you will also have access to my birth education class.

How I Assist
Prenatal Care
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am available to meet with you through phone, or video chat monthly. You are able to text or call whenever you have questions or need additional support!
Fees: $100 deposit due at first prenatal visit. $600 or remaining balance due by 36 weeks.
Postpartum Support
Basic postpartum care includes 24 hr postpartum check-in to make sure breastfeeding is well established and mama is feeling well. Three day check-in because that is often when mothers feel the shift of hormones as milk comes in. Additional support through the first week is a phone call away! A final check 6 weeks postpartum to ensure mama and baby are doing well and answer any final questions and concerns. If you’re interested in addition postpartum care, I am available for home visits to do light cleaning, sibling care, cooking, or other light jobs. $20/hr
